Drug Policy

Our policy regarding drugs, alcohol, smoking, and marijuana

Substance-Free Environment

At Vaulter Group, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and care in every aspect of our service. To maintain the security and integrity of your home, all Vaulter Group team members are required to adhere to a strict substance-free policy while on your property.

Alcohol & Tobacco

The use or possession of alcohol, tobacco products, or electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in or around any client's home, including all indoor spaces, garages, patios, and surrounding grounds. This policy is designed to ensure that your property is always treated with respect and to provide you with complete peace of mind during our visits.

Illegal Drugs

Vaulter Group enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and the misuse of prescription medications. Team members are not permitted to manufacture, distribute, possess, use, or be under the influence of any controlled substance, as defined by applicable law, while on duty or on your property. This includes substances that may be lawful under certain state regulations (such as medical marijuana in Washington) but remain prohibited under federal law. Employees are not permitted to use or be under the influence of these substances at any time while providing services on your behalf.

Our substance-free policy is a core part of the trust and reliability we strive to maintain with every client. If you have any questions about this policy or any aspect of our commitment to professionalism, we welcome your inquiry.
